The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501c3 nonprofit, donor-supported organization.
Programs and services are made possible through contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. The resources generated through this ongoing campaign will allow us to continue providing education and support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
